3. Soil and Erosion Control if applicable (Lebanon Co. Soil Conservation)
4. Water Permit (If Served by Public Utilities)
5. Sewer Permit (On-lot sewage disposal system permit approved by Lebanon County Planning Dept. Sewage Enforcement Officer) (Public sewer permit issued by Jackson Township)
6. Driveway Permit (Issued by Jackson Township)
7. Approved Zoning Permit Application (Issued by Jackson Township)
8. Building Code Permit (Approved Plans) Construction plans to include dimensions and materials to be used.
